Directions

  • Rinse soybeans to remove dust and let drain.
  • Place a pan over medium-low heat, pour in soybeans and stir continuously until shells appear golden brown and cracking.
  • Transfer roasted soybeans to a blender and set on grind for about a minute.
    ***Blender must be free of water and oil to allow for prolonged shelf life.***
  • Set on pulse for another minute to make powder extra fine.
  • After the powdered soybean has completely cooled, store in a tightly sealed container and keep refrigerated. Best if used within three months.
